Shamayne Braman | Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer | Sonos 

Shamayne serves as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Sonos. As a cultural catalyst, she champions strategic initiatives across people, products and policies that embrace diversity, foster inclusion, and fuel business outcomes. Prior to Sonos, Shamayne served as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Target, where she was responsible for driving organizational strategies that advanced Target’s DEI priorities and goals across stores, global supply chain and headquarters. Her past experience also includes global DEI roles at HealthPartners and Thomson Reuters, as well as driving education equity as a Teach for America corps member. Shamayne currently serves on the board of AchieveMpls, Penumbra Theater, and the Twin Cities Diversity and Inclusion Roundtable Executive Committee.

Kham Ward | Head of Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging | LiveRamp

Kham Ward is the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at LiveRamp. Ward has over 12 years of experience leading diversity recruiting, engagement and social impact strategy. Ward has partnered with Senior Academic leaders in higher education, created global D&I strategies with C-Suite Executives for industry-leading technology firms, developed expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive D&I strategies for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC that have driven innovation, revenue, and human capital growth. Ward received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida; Masters of Education from the University of Maryland - College Park and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Yale University.

Sydney Coleman | Product Inclusion & Equity Program Manager | Google

Sydney Coleman works on Product Inclusion across Google and consults with various Alphabet companies to ensure underrepresented users are considered throughout the product design and development process. She formerly created programs related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Googlers. Sydney is incredibly passionate about making technology more accessible, inclusive, and equitable for underrepresented populations.
