What Does DEI Look Like During Economic Uncertainty?

Details

What's next for DEI? Gartner's recently published Tackling 2023 Future of Work Trends report shows organizations are continuing to move forward with DEI efforts this year amid growing pushbacks. Our next Culture and Diversity event will focus on a common topic in the minds of the ModelExpand community - how do we navigate DEI work in this current climate?

Join our panelists as they share insights on:

  • How should Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts pivot, if at all, given changing the macro climate? What should be prioritized?

  • How do you influence key stakeholders on DEI efforts when there are budget cuts, hiring freezes, etc.?

  • How do DEI and economic benefits overlap?
