Sherida McMullan is the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at GitLab where she is leading the company’s commitment to build a more equitable and inclusive culture. Her goal is to widen the aperture on what is possible for the tech industry, her division leaders, and the community of team members she gives voice to daily.

Sherida joined GitLab in early 2022 bringing with her a background in engineering, sales, marketing and HR after serving in leadership roles at Lyft and Intel. Having established many firsts throughout her career, from breaking a Chinese-based company into the US retail marketplace to building multiple Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Sherida is no stranger to delivering transformational change within the Tech industry. Her reputation for delivering results has resulted in significant advancements for underrepresented communities within her company but also proven there is a competitive business advantage to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Leslie Truong | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager | Stanford Children's Hospital

Leslie Truong is an experienced DEI manager who is deeply passionate about bridging networks and communities, especially to empower those in need. Leslie has worked in large organizations that has allowed her to develop skills in strategic thinking and leading impact projects. She is currently the DEI Program Manager at Stanford Children's Hospital and has past experience working at the YMCA of San Francisco.

Olivia Green | VP, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion | Western Digital

Olivia Shen Green is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Western Digital. She and her team spearhead Western Digital’s efforts to accelerate the company’s business through inclusive culture with equitable practices to engage a global and diverse workforce.

Previously, Olivia led DE&I at VMware with an eye to people processes, products and business processes. At Logitech, she was the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Happiness where she formed and led DE&I globally across categories including mice, keyboards, video collaboration, music, gaming, streaming, podcasting and sports. Prior to pivoting into the field of HR, she led inclusive change in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and acquisition integration.
