Holly brings over a decade of strategic HR expertise to our team, most recently from Clif Bar and Mondelez International, where she held key leadership roles across Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Organizational Design and Employee Engagement.

Her deep understanding of TA strategy, paired with her holistic approach to building high-performing teams, makes her an invaluable partner for organizations navigating growth and transformation. Originally from the San Francisco East Bay, Holly is currently living her dream life in Nosara, Costa Rica, with her husband, Doug, and their two young daughters, Brook and Aurora.

Outside of work, she has worn many hats—including bartender in London, sled dog trainer, and river photographer in Alaska—giving her a truly unique perspective on teamwork and resilience.
